These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZeroFees platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Nature of Our Service

ZeroFees is a loan comparison and application platform. We are not a bank, lender, or financial institution. We do not issue loans, extend credit, or make lending decisions. All loan approvals, terms, interest rates, and disbursals are determined solely by the bank or lending partner you apply with.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By registering or applying for a loan, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Loan Applications

Submitting a loan application through ZeroFees does not guarantee approval. Approval, interest rates, and loan terms are determined entirely by the bank you apply with, based on their own eligibility criteria and underwriting process. Information you submit must be accurate and complete — providing false information may result in rejection of your application and, where applicable, legal consequences under the bank's terms.

5. Cashback & Wallet

Processing-fee cashback, where applicable, is credited to your ZeroFees wallet after your loan is disbursed, and remains locked until your loan's EMI schedule is marked complete by the applicable bank or by ZeroFees based on information available to us. Cashback amounts, eligibility, and timing are subject to change and are not guaranteed for every loan product or bank.

6. Guest Applications

You may apply for a loan without creating an account, subject to email verification via a one-time code. Guest applications are not eligible for wallet cashback, since a wallet requires a registered account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZeroFees platform, including our logo, branding, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZeroFees is not liable for any decisions made by banks or lending partners, including loan rejections, interest rate changes, or disbursal delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroFees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
